The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age, and valid ID proofs such as Aadhaar, Driving License, or Passport are accepted at the time of check-in. Outside food is not permitted on the premises, while unmarried couples are allowed. There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption, and smoking is permitted within the property. However, the property is not wheelchair accessible, so guests are advised to make arrangements accordingly. Pets are not allowed, and private parties or events are strictly prohibited. One infant aged 0–2 years will be included in the room capacity, with complimentary meals such as warm milk, dalia, and khichdi provided for infants.
